Seating is limited and access will be on a first-come, first-served basis.<\/p>\n<p>Pancakes with seasonal fruit, a cold soup, a vegetable salad and a homemade soft drink are some of the recipes that the cook <strong>Nikoletta Theodoridi<\/strong> will show the participants how to make, step by step. Making <strong>recipes for reusing food<\/strong> is one of the many things we can do to avoid wastage. <strong>Planning meals<\/strong> and making a list of what we need, taking into account everything we already have at home before going shopping, <a href=\"https:\/\/maresmecircular.cat\/en\/consortium\/how-to-save-money-by-keeping-the-contents-of-your-fridge-in-order-and-avoid-food-waste\/\"><strong>arranging food in the fridge<\/strong><\/a> and larder, rotating those items that should be eaten first to the front of the fridge, or freezing food before it spoils, are other steps we can take to consume food responsibly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reducing waste by 26.4%<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This cookery workshop is part of a series of actions to reduce food waste that <strong>Maresme Circular and Rezero <\/strong>are carrying out during 2023 as part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/maresmecircular.cat\/en\/consortium\/the-maresme-waste-consortium-promotes-the-first-municipal-waste-prevention-plan-for-the-maresme-area\/\"><strong>Maresme Waste Prevention Plan<\/strong><\/a>.
