The Association brings together 44 mercantile companies whose capital is wholly public (municipal, supramunicipal, from County Councils or Autonomous Regions) and who manage cleaning services, collection, elimination of urban waste, recycling and environment in 13 Autonomous Communities, providing services to nearly 12 million citizens. What is more, the association has 19 collaborating partners, suppliers of the sector who have close ties with the Association and its affiliated companies.

The Association\u2019s mission is to improve the services provided by the distinctive Administrations, through its corresponding Public Companies, with the aim that the general public is made aware of the advantages of this type of management.\u00a0
