{"id":4999,"date":"2018-05-23T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-05-22T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/maresmecircular.cat\/uncategorized\/representatives-of-the-national-association-of-environmental-public-companies-visit-the-consortium\/"},"modified":"2020-12-21T14:41:51","modified_gmt":"2020-12-21T12:41:51","slug":"representatives-of-the-national-association-of-environmental-public-companies-visit-the-consortium","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/maresmecircular.cat\/en\/uncategorized\/representatives-of-the-national-association-of-environmental-public-companies-visit-the-consortium\/","title":{"rendered":"Representatives of the National Association of Environmental Public Companies visit the Consortium"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>The delegation also visits the installations for municipal waste recovery in Catalonia<\/h3>\n<p>On Thursday a delegation from the National Association of Environmental Public Companies (ANEPMA) will visit the Maresme Integral Centre for Waste Recovery at the Maresme Consortium for Municipal Solid Waste Treatment.<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, the ANEPMA delegation is formed by Angel Castillo Arrebola, Operations Manager of the Waste Consortium of the Malaga Provincial Government; Juan Manuel Garc\u00eda Navarro, technical secretary of ANEPMA; Javier Pazos Parent, technical director of the Malaga Environmental Centre; Juan Jos\u00e9 Amado Mart\u00edn, director of the Waste Management Division in the Campo de Gibraltar in C\u00e1diz (ARCGISA); Rafael Mir, managing director of Waste Management in Huesca (GRHUSA); Rosario Valero Fern\u00e1ndez, operations director of Integral Waste Management in the Province of C\u00f3rdoba (EPREMASA); Elena Aguirre, technical expert at the C\u00f3rdoba Environmental Consortium; and Javier Hidalgo Lasa, the director responsible for collection and maintenance of Waste Management in Huesca (GRHUSA).<\/p>\n<p>The visit takes place as part of the collaborative agreement between ANEPMA and ACEVERSU (The Catalan Association of Waste-to-Energy Companies) signed two years ago, which focuses on giving guidance, driving and jointly supporting waste treatment projects (which can be considered as resources) and reducing the environmental impact of their management, as well as successfully setting out on the definitive path to match the EU directives and the new Circular Economy package of measures expected in 2020 and 2030 respectively.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>During the visit, the delegation will see the municipal waste-to-energy installations first-hand, as well as other additional treatment installations, currently in operation in Catalonia (Sant Adri\u00e0 del Bes\u00f2s, Matar\u00f3 and Tarragona).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The delegation also visits the installations for municipal waste recovery in Catalonia On Thursday a delegation from the National Association of Environmental Public Companies (ANEPMA) will visit the Maresme Integral Centre for Waste Recovery at the Maresme Consortium for Municipal Solid Waste Treatment.
